Our goal is to provide quality mobile RV repair. We strive to providing a stress-free service to our customers. We are dedicated to deliver the best parts and service to you.

Whether you drive your RV or tow it, we provide a service for it. From steps, fridges, AC’s, propane systems, electrical systems, roof repair / reseals, and more. We perform regular services to your RV and keep you on the road.

We have 30 years of either full time RV living or just those weekend trips to wonderful places. We always bought used and fixed things ourselves. Something was always in need of adjustment or unfortunately replacement. After years of repairs and maintenance for ourselves, friends, and relatives, it is time to assist others along their journey.

We spend 50 hours a year on continuing education to keep up with the changing industry.

We want to help everyone have a fun, safe, and memorable trip. There is no time allotted in your vacation plans for fixing your RV. We can handle that for you, while you are perfecting the art of relaxing. You can also call us when you get home, and schedule those repairs to be completed before the next trip.

Services

We offer mobile service where you need it! At home, storage facility, or campsite, we can take care of your
RV repair needs.

It’s easier to say what we don’t repair – engines, transmissions, brakes. Other than that, if you can tow it or drive it, we can fix it.

Aqua Hot:

Certified Aqua Hot repair Center. We do carry the basic parts, and of course the parts for your annual maintenance.

Refrigerators:
Is yours not cooling correctly? Most fridge problems are easily repaired. We know exactly how to
quickly troubleshoot the problem and most fridge parts are available locally.

Air Conditioners:

Camping these days is not possible in the summer heat without a properly working AC. We service, repair, and replace if we absolutely need to. The majority of replacement parts are easy to find and quick to replace.

We are one of the few companies that deal with basement AC’s in the area. If you Winnebago, Cedar Creek or Prevost AC needs help, we can assist.

Slide outs – adjustments, repairs, we even rebuild them if needed.

We also provide repair services for:

Water heaters
Furnaces
Fresh water systems
12VDC and 120VAC electrical systems
Cabinet repairs
Door/shelving repair

Our Rates

We want to be up front with no hidden costs on our rates.

Updated 7/25/2025 – Our flat fee for all service calls is $250 for the 1st hour of labor. No service call fee if a return trip is required to complete the original repair. Discounted service call fee if you in the same park as us.

All work has a 1 hour minimum and billed every 1/4 hour after the 1^st hour at $150. We do discount the service call if we have multiple calls in the same area. Service call fee is discounted or waived on special cases on return trips when parts have to be ordered.

Warranty Work – All warranty companies require 1 call for diagnosis and estimates, submission for approval, return service call for repairs. There are additional office hours and multiple communications with the warranty company for approval. All warranty work estimates will be billed at $325 for the 1st hour. The customer is responsible for payment to Lone Star Mobile RV Service, LLC, for all repairs at time of completion. At this time we will assist you in filing for your reimbursement from your company, we will not file for payment to us.

Mileage rate, after the 1st 30 miles, is $1.00 a mile, one way, to get to you. We foot the bill to get home.

We accept all major credit cards, Pay Pal, Zelle, Venmo, and of course cash. We do accept local checks on repeat customers.

We are having issues with our refrigerator. We contacted warranty department and they sent Chris over to us. He was very thorough in all of his testing and his knowledge of the refrigerator. The refrigerator went out last year supposedly was fixed. It was not unfortunately, Chris diagnosed the issue something that could not be fixed on site. not only it has a come over three or four times to check but also brought over a cooler That we could use while we stay to keep our food cold. recommend him highly
